The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) proposes a new demonstration that would include both the One Care demonstration for dually eligible individuals under age 65, and the Senior Care Options Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) program for dually eligible individuals ages 65 and older.
CMS will make all decisions related to the implementation of proposed demonstrations following a thorough review of the proposal and supporting documentation. Further discussion and/or development of certain aspects of the demonstration may be required before any formal agreement is finalized. Publication of this proposal for comment does not imply CMS approval of the demonstration.
